Finance controller reporting to Executive chairman, CEO
Location: Calabar
Scope of the Job: The successful candidate is expected to provide essential accounting and management financial services including budgeting, financial reporting and forecasting payroll preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts and final annual financial statements.
Requirements:
• Chartered accountant with MBA
• Possess a high level of computer skill with working knowledge of sage Pastel or similar software
• Six to eight years experience in a financial team of at least a medium sized fast moving manufacturing or construction enterprise.
• As an alternative, in practice at a senior level with a firm National Spread.
Financial or Management reporting to the Financial Controller
Scope of work:
• Maintenance of essential financial records, preparation of payroll, financial and management accounts, rendering of statutory returns relating to VAT and royalties, supervision of Pension Fund Contribution and Management
Requirements:
A Chartered Accountant or similarly internationally recognized professional qualification with at least a Second Class Honour in appropriate discipline and have 3-5 years cognate experience and be capable of taking responsibility for accounting with minimum supervision, should be computer literate and capable of operating a modest accounting software.

• Candidates should have at least a second class Honours Degree in appropriate discipline, with at least 2 years cognate experience and should be computer literate.
